The Account Manager is responsible for selling into a territory with a defined list of target accounts. We want an aggressive hunting campaign to be managed methodically. Successfully acquiring new customers on a consistent basis. The candidate should come with a rolodex of contacts as well as pursue leads generated by the company. As we work with some of the leading companies of the world, we expect the highest level of professionalism and integrity from our sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Work with sales management on territory planning and account penetration
  • Ownership of business relationships with set of existing customers
  • Creates a customer consultant relationship by understanding customer needs and being a strong advocate for the customer with Cotendo
  • Preparation of daily documentation in CRM tools, weekly progress reports and executive summaries

Network Operations NOC Manager

Cotendo is looking for a team leader to help build and run the Cotendo NOC. The NOC is a critical component of the Cotendo service experience and will triage daily events, issues and continuously evolve and adapt to new products and procedure. The NOC will be the first point of contact and response for customer and system events. In addition to monitoring and responding to the events, the organization and more specifically the Network Operation NOC Manager will be responsible for guiding and building NOC policies and procedures which help improve the customer experience. The position will be responsible for helping to build and run the 24x7x365 initial contact/first response organization (NOC).

Requirements
  • Ability to build, train, and grow an energetic first rate team
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) & ability to interface with customers and internal teams
  • 5 years experience leading a 24x7 Support Organization
