Mike Sawyer

Michael Sawyer, who served as Cotendo’s VP of Marketing, has extensive experience in the introduction and commercialization of new technologies and services. At Cotendo, he led corporate and product marketing efforts from stealth mode startup through market introduction and first year ramp with customers. Prior to Cotendo, Sawyer was VP of Marketing for Limelight Networks and part of the executive team that established Limelight as the dominant global provider of CDN services for digital media. Sawyer’s prior content delivery experience includes positions as Senior Vice President, Marketing at Aerocast, a secure broadband streaming media services company funded by Motorola; VP Marketing for Entera, a developer of intelligent network infrastructure; Director of Products at GlobalCenter, the first provider of advanced web hosting; and product roles at Internet technology companies NetObjects and NetManage.
